OPTIONS MENU

Why did no one tell me my game was poorly optomized, now all of you even with POTATO PC can now play my beautiful creation, i stayed up all night since the other release to get this to work (im still unsure exactly how the code works) but my GPU usage went from 99% to 35% so thats a win to  me.

Im so sorry to those who played this early on i had no idea i was destroying your PC's. Very sorry

Hot fix additions

-Ground Up options menu

-ability to run hardware benchmark for optimal settings in the options menu

-added a back button for the options menu

-fixed some path finding bugs (hoods open might as well wrench)

-started to work on new monsters for Lvl 2 that focus on the theme
